Triumphal Arch of Titus

An image of the triumphal arch of Titus on the Via Sacra at the entrance of the Forum near the Colosseum. The arch commemorates Titus' taking of Judaea and in particular the sack of Jerusalem around the year 70AD. It was built by Titus' brother Domitian.
