As you can imagine, this bronze Greek armor was covered in verdigris oxidation. The various studs were quite well polished and looked just like small studs for earrings.
The linear relief work on the breast and stomach was interesting because whilst one side would be raised the other would be indented. The neck and arms were doubled round and polished to prevent chafing. The back also had some minimal linear work around the shoulder blades (drawn at Madrid Archeological museum)
